For so many of us eating and enjoying food is just a given!  What if you don’ have, cannot afford to buy food, how would you feel?  We have through our ministry come to realise 2 very specific needs.   

1. While the bread earner is in prison, his/her family suffer greatly – they are a victim of crime
 
2. A family learns to adjust with the little they have, then a family member   returns from prison, having served his/her punishment for crime, the family   has   another mouth to feed, and in many cases this is just the last straw

Survival Packs is about sharing compassion for our fellow men/women of South Africa who are suffering.   This is not a prison activity but a post prison and family care – to help those in need, stay away from crime.
