Nehemiah 2:17-18: Then I said to them, "You see the trouble we are in: Jerusalem lies in ruins, and its gates have been burnt with fire. Come, let us rebuild the wall of Jerusalem, and we will no longer be in disgrace." I also told them about the gracious hand of my God upon me and what the king had said to me. They replied, "Let us start rebuilding." So they began this good work

Welcome

In our country there is a great need to help men, women & children rebuild there lives after imprisonment. To do this we need to plan, and we would like to point you to Nehemiah 2:11-17 and this commentary on those words:
“Nehemiah felt led by the God to rebuild the great walls of Jerusalem. It would have been a noble and emotional project for almost any self-respecting Jewish leader. But Nehemiah demonstrated good leadership by resisting the temptation to charge in and start slapping mortar on stones. First he made a careful survey of the city’s walls, noting what the rebuilding would require. Later he formulated a plan and oversaw the work, financing much of it out of his own pocket. When God call us to a task, He is calling upon the whole package:  Our abilities, out intelligent planning and our hard work” (from the Touch Point Bible)

We have set out to try and build a network of reintegration centres (half-way houses) across the country which operate within certain parameters based on proven track records investigated internationally, but taking into consideration the special circumstances of our coutry. One of our objectives will be to create a directory of "associated centres" who are working together under a umbrella organisation, while retaining their individual identity. If you are aware of any such centres, please be so kind as to put them into contact with us - contact details are obtainable under the CONTACT button above.
